The Scientific 7 Minute Workout based off of the NYT article - http://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2013/05/09/the-scientific-7-minute-workout/ (also appeared on Lifehacker: http://lifehacker.com/this-7-minute-research-based-workout-exercises-your-wh-498676327)
On a widescreen display (laptop or landscape tablet), image width gets scaled so far that there is height overflow and the image gets cut off in the view. On slimer-than-iphone-5 displays (like my Android device), the image doesn't scale enough and shows parts of the text and arrows below it.
I will toss the image into photoshop to make it a single row, no text, with normalized height/width/distance-between and make the necessary code changes. Should be easier to display correctly on each device with the image edit.
It would be nice if the picture transitioned to the next exercise at the start of each rest period. This way you could get yourself set for the next exercise and get the full 30 seconds of work.
Obviously you only have to do this a few times to have the whole thing memorized.
