Add ability to parse MIB and populate MIB tree. No need to worry about persistent storage of MIBs yet.

Add info for currently selected OID

Add a top bar in the GUI that will show the current agent. It can be a fake object until we add an agent in. Ideally this component will be a dropdown menu of some kind. Blocks #10

Fix file filter for reading in mibs. There should be an option for no file extension, .txt file extension, and .mib file extension

Have a button that brings up a modal that allows us to add in a new SNMP agent. For now, only support an SNMPv3 agent and have the ability to add the IP Address, port, and USM name.

Once the form is submitted, the backend should store the new agent in the database. The frontend should also add this new agent to the dropdown which is populated by the database. Blocked by #13

Create basic MIB tree. Add a couple of OIDs from standard MIB

Add the ability to modify an agent once it has been create with the same panel used to create an agent

Add a hover tool tip to the OID tree that shows the OID number whenever the user hovers over and OID

Add icons to the left of each type of OID for the following

• Folder for OBJECT-IDENTITY
• lightning bolt for NOTIFICATION-TYPE
• pen for writables OIDs
• TBD for read only OIDs
