The goal of afmr is to facilitate analysis of atomic force microscopy (AFM) in R. The package is currently focused on visualization of AFM maps, but future development will hopefully include functions to perform common transformations and analyses on AFM maps.
This package is in its infancy and currently has basic functinonality and may be unstable, which is to say: use with caution. You can install the current version using devtools::install_github("will-r-chase/afmr")
