LMCLUS

LMCLUS is a linear manifold clustering algorithm, developed by Rave Harpaz. Current repository contains LMCLUS C++ library and R extensions.

Installation

Clone this repository

$ git clone https://github.com/wildart/lmclus.git

For building R extensions package, run following command:

$ R CMD INSTALL lmclus

For building LMCLUS as shared library, CMake (www.cmake.org) need to be installed. Build from the command line:

$ cd lmclus
$ mkdir build
$ cd build
$ cmake -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release ..
$ make
$ make test

Dependencies

  • gcc (>= 4.7.2)
  • R (>= 2.15.0) or BLAS (or MKL optional)

When I follow the installation instructions:

$ cmake .

I get the error:

CMake Error: The following variables are used in this project, but they are set to NOTFOUND.
Please set them or make sure they are set and tested correctly in the CMake files:
R_LIBRARY_BASE (ADVANCED)
linked by target "lmclusr" in directory /home/evan/lmclus/src
