Re-implement the core positioning CSS in a CSS framework such as Bootstrap. This will cut down on a lot of the duplicated code and make it easier to see what's going on.

We've decided unanimously to go with the MIT license. Add a license file and update the README accordingly.

The main page display code uses some special tricks to display links to attachments somewhat intelligently. However, that same smartness is missing from the links sent out in the emails. We should have consistent attachment handling (or at least as consistent as we possible) throughout the application.

Several of the UI elements were originally intended to be fixed to specific places on the screen based on what else was being displayed on screen--most of them were not due to lack of time in the previous release. These elements include:

1. Author bio
2. Exodus logo
3. Navigation container

Each element should be fixed:

1. The bottom of the devotion if the reflection requires scrolling (the current behavior)
2. The bottom of the window if the reflection is short

There's a problem with IE9 and the Rich text editor we're using. We've created a ticket with the editor already--this is just for easy followup.

We had some problems where DOCX files were served as straight-up ZIP files to some browsers (IE, I think). We need to verify that this won't happen again, though it may need to be handled on an instance-specific basis.

We're a couple versions behind the current Rich text editor version, which may be causing some of our issues with it. Update it to the latest version.

There are several bash scripts cluttering up the main project directory. Move them to a bin directory so they're still around, but not getting in the way.
