(note: you may not want to sync your master branch to upstream as this will overwrite your changes. You can create a new branch
git checkout -b upstream-copy
and reset it to a copy of the upstream master branch
git reset --hard upstream/master
if you get an ambiguous argument error you may not have th upstream set, in which case try
git remote add upstream [email protected]:WhitakerLab/BrainNetworksInPython.git
or if you don't have ssh access set up
git remote add upstream https://github.com/WhitakerLab/BrainNetworksInPython.git
and then repeat the second step )
