检测IP是否被**大陆墙掉的一个工具，调用会返回IP在大陆和美国地区的可用情况。通过java程序模拟ping与telnet。
支持GET方式的请求 把要检测的IP传进去即可测试。进行了国内（上海）和国外（美国 Fremont, CA）两个地区的检测
调用方式：
会返回国内和国外的Ping与Telnet的结果
