Customization Plugin error

Hi!

I've managed GetCitation to work with Calibre 2.0 (from PyQt4 to PyQt5), which succesfully installs the plugin.

However, when I click the 'customize plugin' button, in order to add the crossref API, I get the following error: "global name 'prefs' is not defined"

Anybody that can help me out? I know nothing of coding or Python, but I want this plugin to work, so I just gave it a try...

Here is what I've got so far:
GetCitation.zip

Installing the plugin

Hi!

When I'm trying to install the plugin (GetCitation.zip) I get the following error: 'the zip file does not contain the top level "init.py" file'. What am I doing wrong?

Here is a screenshot of the contents of the zip file --> init.py file is top level, so I don't understand why Calibre says otherwise?
