ala GridFS functionality of Mongrel

A few version have been released since some time, before releasing v1.0 and v2.0 the JAR file should be updated.

By Accident in v0.5.1 i moved a lot to map(*) whilst xs:string is still supported

• change parameters
• check parameter handling that both are supported

The module requires for the connect function the user to be part of the couchbase group (see here).

Let's add this group when the XAR is installed.

This makes the module better visible in the package manager. Let's add a nice icon too.

Proposal: call it v1.0

Re-study the existing works of JSONIQ; Point of interests:

• upload non-JSON data

Let's label it v2.0

• add map with configuration parameters
• add separate CouchBaseEnviromnets (seperate ID) for finetune parameters
• move away from connection string (recommended by @daschl

suppor the following or aliket:

Since the app will be deployed as one all-in-one XAR, the -core label is not required anymore

Quite some in/ex-ternal APIs have been updated, so the compatibility needs to be retested.

Current tests use the xs:string option
