Rainbow Spacing

Duel cooldowns don't apply to different capitalizations
Duel cooldowns are case sensitive but MySQL isn't. This lets people avoid cooldowns on users if they both battle eachother with different capitalization, or when a user misses every hit in a battle.
I fixed this in commit ecfd196, please pull my changes and reload denice! π
For example:
<user1> !duel USER2 // There is now a timeout on user1 and USER2, but not user2
<user2> !duel USER1 // This bypasses user1's timeout!
