Need to find a way to prevent the Create Competition Form and Upload Music form from being deleted.

Need to update teacher master appropriately. Seems to be failing with multiple input fields (checkboxes, etc.)

Something about the GF Text Field. Responses don't even show up in the $entry object.

We need to check the JSON fields of the submitted forms for their ids.
