Video Fragment losing focus

When attempting to adjust the volume with up/down on the Android TV remote, the video simply ends up losing focus instead of adjusting the volume.

This might be the desirable result, as I'm unsure what the correct behavior for this case should be. I should investigate further...

Hard to back out of fullscreen video

Using the library on phones with virtual buttons, it is difficult to access those virtual buttons while watching a video. The media controls seem to overlap with them.

Deprecated Listener

EireneEventListener is inheriting a deprecated class Player.DefaultEventListener from ExoPlayer.

Should look into the proper way of handling events
