Chrom-Pro Assembled Genomes

This repository contains the assembled chromosomes of Mango, Plum, and Pufferfish using the Chrom-Pro software. Due to the large size of these files, we have stored them on OneDrive.

Assembled Genomes

This project contains the assembled genomes of the following three species:

  1. Mango (Mangifera indica)
  2. Plum (Prunus salicina)
  3. Pufferfish (Takifugu bimaculatus)

All chromosome files have been assembled using the Chrom-Pro software.
