Design and display author's card.

Using ListActivity and ListView
to display Author List in hiragana sequence.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Touch Item such as "たから始まる作家", which is a child Item of Main
Activity. Main Activity is ExpandableListActivity.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
List up authors, which top letter is "た".
Excepstion is caught.
 (java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Version must be >= 1, was 0).

Display at the following cases:
1. creating authors list DB. (AuthorsDb)
2. creating works list DB. (WorksDb)

Fail to parse http://www.aozora.gr.jp/index_pages/person966.html
since original author is different.
