This is a lot alike what I'll have to do for my master’s thesis, I'm just starting though, but I'll be around and contribute depending on the initial options that you take.

Hi everyone, there'll be more details soon. Thanks for all the interest. I've never had this much interest in a vaporware project before.
Me and a friend who I know in real-life are going to get the initial implementation built on our own. Once we have some code up, we'll be of course more than happy to accept help / pull requests / feedback from the community. Right now, though, the coordination costs would just be too high.
