When I run the bot, this error pops up

Hello, I have a problem with the code! I can start the BOT and everything else, however, when the user reacts to the open ticket message, it gives me this error message. How could I resolve this? Sorry, my broken English is not my native language and I don't know much about Python either. I eagerly await a response.

Hi, I have a few questions.

• How fast does the bot respond when under pressure? (Say, 200-500 tickets)
• Is there a function where I can toggle auto transcript without needing to click the transcript button? I hope there is, so I can reduce the button on Options
• Will there a function in the future where you will make a basic webpage functionality to manage the bot function? I'm very interested with this idea.
• Will you add a function to let it use MariaDB in the future?

Saw this error in my console, also doing screenshots as my host provider doesn’t support of copying the console sadly. + my console has a limited amount of space so this is as far back on the error i could go this may not be the start of the error and may be a incomplete error.

Overall, the bot is still functioning not entirely sure what this is but noticed this when doing my usual check on my console for errors.
