• Node Version: tried 8.11.3 and 10.8.0
• NPM Version: 6.3.0
• webpack Version: 4.16.5
• webpack-serve Version: latest as of Tuesday 8/7/2018

Expected Behavior

I run npm i -D webpack-serve and profit.

Actual Behavior

I run the above and see

npm ERR! code E404
npm ERR! 404 Not Found: @webpack-contrib/cli-utils@^1.0.2

npm ERR! A complete log of this run can be found in:

How Do We Reproduce?

Add a private external registry to .npmrc. Try to install webpack-serve in new project. Alternatively just try to install cli-utils.

Workaround

Delete private registry from .npmrc and run again. Then add private registry back to .npmrc.
