In the function getNewPage() there should be an initialization after allocating the page

Remove noManagedPages() and implement it correctly in infra/fsip_interpreter.hh/.cc

Fix the intrinsics bittestandcomplement in infra/bit_intrinsics.hh. Needs to be usable on Unix machines, atm windows specific

or at least make it fail gracefully (include guards).

in main.cc: uint lSegPageIndex = lFirstSeg->getNewPage();

output:

Error reading the file: Bad file descriptor
Error writing the file: Bad file descriptor

Each time a segment object is created, a new free page for its serialization is allocated. This should be solved in another way because for the deserialization segment objects are created as well but this time they already have their respective free page and don't need a new alloc

Think about the location where the page size is set and how it will be passed to the partition, segment, etc..
