I've tried to install this plugin without success. Part of the problem it's that its not in npmjs or yarnpkg.

Could you please expand README to explain how to install and configure?

If the CommonJS module system is used in the project there is a problem with the service hook and thus adding the command to the global browser.

It looks like the bug was introduced in the commit just before the release.

I believe before must be used instead of onPrepare.

Temporarily I am using a forked version with a fix mateuszseczkowski@ac0b973.
If you are fine with that I can prepare a PR heading here.
