After using the generator the theme's template-tags.php Author (line 146) gets overwritten, therefore creating error with ( WP_DEBUG, 'true' )

When the generator runs, it replaces the following line (146) in template-tags.php:

$title = sprintf( __( 'Author: %s', '_s' ), '<span class="vcard">' . get_the_author() . '</span>' );

with:

$title = sprintf( __( 'Author: Greg Rickaby' ),

Testing this out tonight and noticed the generator is grabbing from /app/src/templates (which is already out-of-date) instead of cloning directly from Github. Does this mean we need to ping @CamdenSegal or @bradp every time we push code to _s?

P.S. shouldn't Mr. Yeoman be saying "Welcome to the fantastic _s generator"? 😄
