Yes, i could think that pentesters would need documentation
- IAM users details to authenticate to AWS
- IAM role to assume with IAM policy that allow to do EKS access
- ClusterIds to get kubectl access for both environments
- Details for access to the applications and doing port-forwarding
I believe most of the documentation is part of the cluster-config repo https://github.com/weaveworks/clusters-config
