• Get a willing partner organization or expert (willing to attend CfD meetings)
• Check it is actually valuable for people
• Check it is doable in a reasonable amount of time for Code for Denver
• Develop initial prototypes
• Get feedback and adjust as appropriate
• Waffle cards created for implementation
• Timeline milestone set
• Get initial users
• Assign roles for tech lead
