Should test to ensure all apps are called/processed (will need to go into the integration tests)

We are no longer using any of the functionality of node-webcrawler beyond what's available in request (not using it for queueing, delaying, etc.), so we should use request instead

Could be iPhone-only, iPad-only, or multi-device (maybe Watch-only too? need to check)

May make the most sense to do one country per collector rather than allowing country to be specified in the app ID list. Otherwise we may run into issues keeping the API consistent with the Android Collector.

Country could be provided as an option (with default of USA). So all apps for a specific Collector would have to be for the same country, and if a user wanted to collect reviews for apps from multiple countries, they would have to use multiple Collectors. This should be OK given that this is probably a relatively niche use-case and doing it another way would make the more common use-case more complicated.

Makes more sense from a UX perspective

Should test to ensure continue/stop behave as expected, calling both doesn't blow things up, etc.
