Hi, thanks for these bindings for ImageQuant library!
I noticed https://pypi.org/project/imagequant/#files does not contain wheels compatible with the latest macs with Apple Silicon (M1). The wheel tags required are the native arm64 or the fat universal2 "fat" pseudo-architecture (which contains both x86_64 and arm64 binaries).
Would you consider buidling/publishing to PyPI either of those (or both)? It would greatly help those of us using the new machines, avoiding the need for developer tools and build from source.

There's https://cibuildwheel.readthedocs.io/ that makes it very easy to set up Github CI for building all sorts of wheels including arm64/universal2 wheels. I recommend you check that out if you haven't already.

May I request for building arm64 wheels for Windows and Linux? Should be easy by specifying CIBW_ARCHS_WINDOWS and CIBW_ARCHS_LINUX. Thank you!
