helm stopped using ido-make-buffer-list in helm-buffer-list.

So the elscreen-specific buffer filtering is lost in the helm versions beyond this commit.

I will post a fix if I can come up with one.

make-frame を実行すると，esbl-after-make-frameの後にesbl-handle-switch-frame:aroundが呼ばれ，新たに作成されたフレームの初期値が選択していたフレームに保存されてしまう現象が起こりました．
make-frame 自体はフォーカス機能を持っていないようです．

I seem to have the bug that when I'm in a shell and I want to kill it, that doing a simple C-x C-k will instead kill the next file.

This makes it unusable :( What can be done?

Since activating this package I get this every time I try to use C-x b:

Error in post-command-hook (elscreen-run-screen-update-hook): (error "Variable binding depth exceeds max-specpdl-size")

Things still seem to work, but that pops up every single time. Trying to enter the debugger on error doesn't trigger. Dunno why.
