Allow users to mark recipes as favorite and give the option to filter down to favorite recipes

The current README.md file is pretty bare bones. Let's neaten it up and add details on how to use our app

The app currently lacks automated tests, other than the default ones added when creating the app in Xcode. We should add tests for our code

Create an app icon for our app

The meal database entries include links to YouTube videos for the recipe. It would be great if we could embed those or link to them from the recipe view
