blink uri scheme provides a way to reference transactions on a block chain
it can also be useful to reference inputs and outputs, and a specific input or output
is this something that has come up before, and that blink: uris could be reused for?
Parts of different Blockchain communities, e.g., Cosmos, Polkadot and Ethereum, are starting to adopt https://github.com/ChainAgnostic/CAIPs. Please ensure that this work is in align with what they are doing. I will cross post there as well.
