I have two DCAM710s and both only show one depth mode (0) available. I've tried in the Config tool, but there is only 0 in the list of modes. Any advice?

Currently, there are 3 different range modes calibrated for the Tof Camera (0.35-1.4m, 0.5-2.5m, 0.8-4m)
Is it possible to add a new range : 0.15m and 0.6m ?
In that way, the camera could be used to make 3D scanning of small and medium objects.
i followed the 08PointCloudCaptureAndSave example.
now i want to write the same code for saving the IR and the RGB images but i can not find the commands similar to PointCloudWriter and other commands needed for saving.
also, when i check FrameReady.RGB i do not get 1, all the time i get 0. when checking FrameReady.depth or FrameReady.IR i get 1 .
if there is a sample code for IRCaptureAndSave and/or RGBCaptureAndSave or a list of commands it also can help

I have tried to open DCAM710 with camera application on Windows 10 but it's not work well.
I want to integrate it in C# Project but it couldn't work.
I also run VZenseUtool to upgrade the lasted firmware version but the result remains unchanged.
Please tell me know how to control this camera in C#?
could you please explain the possible depth modes. I could only find estimated ranges for the modes PsNearRange (150 - 1500 mm), PsMidRange (500 - 2800 mm) and PsFarRange (800 - 4400 mm). What is the difference to the X and XX modes? And which of the modes is actually available on the DCAM710?
