Talk Format

  • Each event has 2-3 speaker slots available.
  • Each talk is allocated 30 minutes, including Q&A

Submit a talk

  1. Create a new issue
  2. Modify the issue to match your talk
  • the title of your talk as Subject of the issue
  • the level of your talk
  • the langauge (en or es)
  • your Twitter handle, starting with @
  • the month you want to give this talk
  • talk description

If you have any questions regarding an event or your talk, please add a comment to your issue and we'll be in touch.

What now?

After you submit the issue, we'll assign it to the next event. If there are any questions regarding your talk, we'll open a comment. Feel free to comment / discuss open issues/talks.

Confirmation

  • Once your issue is assigned a milestone, it has been approved and confirmed.
  • Check the milestone date for confirmation of the event date.

After the event

Please add a comment to your talk issue with the following information per line:

slides: http://...
code: http://...

We'll add the information then into the archives. Thanks!

We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any event venue, including talks and workshops.
