Windows acceptance templates are still build manually, currently. Documentation in Confluence is here:

@sschneid Actually meant this for public consumption in beaker documentation. I know we have internal for how we built ours, not exactly what this particular issue was meant to provide. It was meant to provide good docs for those using beaker with Windows and how they could set it up appropriately.
