There are far too many verified accounts remaining to properly store the data the way we want. SQLite can be compressed (e.g., by zipping) which solves the GitHub complaining about file size problem, but not the "we're storing way too much data" problem.

These were originally included in an older version but require dependencies from the main WebVoteView repository and were removed to separate this. State full name could be done with a static cache, party full name we could probably just fake by matching any of Democrat, Republican, GOP, Independent?
