Trying to use a special character (\n for example) while in a ${} inside a string interpolation breaks the highlighting for the ${} part.

Example:

``
${concatMapSep "\n" ...}
``

This error occurs for any dhall file opened after the first.

When having a record like this:

{ somePath = "/data/foo"
, otherEntry = True
}

The slash after the quotation mark causes the whole rest of the file to behave as a string:

without the slash is is correct

Trailing whitespace can be important in multiline strings when we don't want the indentation of the dhall code to end up in the string.

The following is an example of where we want to keep trailing whitespace (space character written as ● to make it visible):

let foo =
●●●●●●''
●●●●●●multiline
●●●●●●
●●●●●●string
●●●●●●''
in foo

On save, it becomes:

let foo =
●●●●●●''
●●●●●●multiline

●●●●●●string
●●●●●●''
in foo

Which is not the same dhall string anymore:

"multiline\n\nstring\n" /= "      multiline\n\n      string\n      "

When using let g:dhall_format=1 and trying to undo a buffer to a previous state it takes lots of u pressing to make that happen.

Hard to tell but it seems like on write dhall makes not one change but lots.
