Code Review

Your documentation is very high quality. It would be nice to see examples for the round and floor functions. The same goes for the the GOLDENRATIO method - I would like to see the constant in a decimal format.
I think all your functions looked great. One function did catch my eye though. Your toDollars doesn't seem to handle numbers with more than two decimal places. I'm not sure if you expect users to pass in a proper dollar amount or not, but it might be a good idea to remind users that the function will only accept legit dollar amounts.

Good job with the tests

Nice work on these tests. I like the use of toBeCloseTo().
