This is probably not related to this repository itself but still maybe you can help @vlddm.

My node was working fine until like a week or two ago.
Currently, the node syncs until a very recent block without issues but afterwards, it's always behind the newest block and eth_blockNumber returns 0x0.

Can you help in this case? Does the syncing work for you?

Would appreciate any advice!

Hello there, i really appreciate the docker image, i understand that there is no support over this but i'll try anyway.

I have used the docker image to build a node and it successfully sync, i'm trying to use the node from a local script on the same machine but i'm not able to successfully connect with the indicated port, or what's usually the default port or with the geth.ipc file.

Are there any other commands required to be able to use the node from the same machine others than what's indicated in the readme?

Thanks for the very useful repository, how it's possible to prune the data to free up space of the node?
i don't understand how to access the geth_linux commands from docker.

When i try to run
nohup sudo geth_linux --datadir ~/data/bsc/ snapshot prune-state
i always get: sudo: geth_linux: command not found

i stopped the container as from what i understood it's required to prune.

current geth version isn't supported anymore i guess it get stuck on block 10394607 forever :/

Hello I have a question. Why do you use
https://api.github.com/repos/binance-chain/bsc/releases/tags/v${VERSION}

I would like to use the dockerhub image but it still uses
ENV VERSION=1.1.1-beta
which has this major evm bug.

Wouldnt it be a good soultion to use
https://api.github.com/repos/binance-chain/bsc/releases/latest
If not, why?

I want to use the feature Publish Different Messages to Kafka in binance smart chain node. But from the docs it seems like it's binance chain node feature only. Can someone clarify it? Thank you.
