Noting is rendered

I used your Raspberrypi image. After fixing a networking issue I opened a map. I selected OpenSeaMap in menu but it renders nothing. Entering random tiles in Download menu started downloading something - I see that mounted /tiles occupies already 463Mb but the map is not rendered. The whole page space remains grey. Browser development tools shows massive 404s:

Localization is not complete

I switched to English language by editing internationalization.php and dashboard.php and I've noticed that not all text strings are translated.

Ideally I'd expect to have a language switch in UI or at least having it configurable in a single place ( params.php ?)
