Most linters allow you to specify the path to a folder and then iterate from that path.

Some also allow for individual files, or even auto-detect the changes of a repo through git.

It would be great to allow some flexibility through one (or mulitple) of these options so we avoid running the linters on the full codebase, which can sometimes be slow

Visiumlint should return an error when pylint is not outputting 10/10.

Error message:

Pinning typer to 0.9.0 work as a temporary fix

As was agreed in this meeting, the pyproject.toml will be read on the client side and when using visiumlint in a CI, as in VisiumCH/check-python-style, the configuration will be provided with the pyproject.toml file of the CI itself.

I currently do not have the admin privileges to do so.
Not sure if this happened because of my initial push or because the repository was initially empty (so because of the resource creation code)
