simple CRUD demonstration

This is a simple website where users can register, view their own posts and comments, view other users' posts and comments, and add posts to their favourites. This website is built using Node.js and can be run on localhost.

Prerequisites

Before you start using the website, make sure you have the following installed:

  • Node.js

Getting Started

To get started with the website, follow these steps:

  1. Clone the repository to your local machine. git clone https://github.com/I-VipulPandey/CRUD-app.git

  2. Navigate to the project directory. cd CRUD-app

  3. Install the dependencies. npm install

  4. Start the server. npm start or npx nodemon

The server will start running on http://localhost:3000.

  1. Open the website in your browser.

Usage

Here's how you can use the website:

  • Registration: On the home page and enter your details, click on the "Register" button. You do not need to enter a password.

  • Viewing posts and comments: After registering, you will be able to view your own posts and comments, as well as those of other users.

  • Adding posts to favourites: To add a post to your favourites, click on the "Add to Favourites" button next to the post.

Notes

This website is very basic and does not contain any authentication or validation. Use it only for testing and experimentation purposes.
