Build a homepage for an imaginary company (you can make up the product/service they offer)

@egillespie Can you take a look at this? It's hosted here and meets the following criteria:

• Include the CSS and JS for Bootstrap 4 in the page (include any JavaScript dependencies)
• Use the container class to center your page content
• Use a navbar component to display the name of your site and a list of at least 3 links (to past projects, or anything else) at the top of your page
• Show your main content in a 2-column grid on large (lg) and medium (md) sized screens, but only shows them in one column on small (sm) and extra small (xs) screens
• Include at least one image that is only visible on medium (md) screens and larger, using display utilities
• Use a img-thumbnail class on an at least one image in your page

Was at first worried about some of the features but it seems as though the responsive aspect automatically took care of these features. I believe it's everything, please let me know what I would need to fix!
