The andela shopping list application allows users securely store their shopping lists.

This application has made use of CSS3, HTML5, and boostrap twitter, fontawesome. Flask as the backend framework with python 3.6 used

Simply follow the following steps..

1. download the zip/ incase git is installed open your command line and enter git clone https://github.com/VincentHokie/andela-shopping-list-app.git
2. from the command line/ terminal navigate to the repository you downloaded/ the folder you get form the zip file
3. setup a virtual environment with python 3.6 inside the above directory
4. activate virtual environment
5. install project dependencies from the requirements.txt file with the pip install -r requirements.txt command
6. In order to run tests, enter the pytest command with the virtual environment activated
7. To run the application run python run.py , it should be accessible from a browser at the url http://127.0.0.1:5000/
