It was performed with the purpose to automate help desk based activities, facility to all users responsible to answer calls, close and open tickets, with emphasis in priorize each ticket and his leveling. His following solution was developed in Java SE with GUI Swing, JDBC, design pattern DAO, MySQL database. And to his diagram was used Astah UML.
