Push 0.1.2 release to npm

Thanks for the super useful bit of code! Are there plans to push a new release to npm anytime soon?

which trick for node vs nodejs doesn't find /usr/bin/node

npm install sd-daemon fails with the followin message:

$ npm install sd-daemon

Executing which manually however does find node:

Note that gyp even is nice enough to run node -v at the end to show us it exists.

Nan version should be strictly specified

After upgrade of nan to v2 this module is no longer compiling under node v0.10.x. The reason for this is it expects nan version "any" in package.json, but nan from version 2.0.0 no longer supports node <0.12.

libsystemd-daemon dependency is not valid

Please have a look:

"The APIs "sd-journal.h", "sd-login.h", "sd-id128.h", "sd-daemon.h" are no longer found in individual libraries libsystemd-journal.so, libsystemd-login.so, libsystemd-id128.so, libsystemd-daemon.so. Instead, we have merged them into a single library, libsystemd.so, which provides all symbols."

If you can update binding.gyp it will be great :-)
