Cordova plugin to fetch the router's IP address. Presently only for iOS and Android.

cordova plugin add https://github.com/vially/cordova-plugin-get-router-ip-address

There is a simple example available, it should simple output the router IP address in the console and in the Device Ready flashing green message in the Simulator/Device.
