There should be a way (filter, extra link, TBD) for users to view a list of archived members.

As as user I would like to be able to download my data.

Discussion:

• Export Data page under Manage
• Links to download csv for Members and Ledger Items (basic for now)

Users would like to be able to mark members as archive to better manage the amount of information they need to deal with (ie not see members that are not active in their space).

There will be no 'Delete Member' action (this user story defines equivalent behaviour)

There should be a link/button on the show member page that would perform this action.

Archived members should not be shown on the Members page.

There should be a way for users to be able to see archived members (we'll track this as a separate user story).

There will likely be a link on the show member page to initiate this action.

It should only be shown if the member is archived.
