All code where the authorship dates on or after 1420675200 +0000 is assumed to be licensed under AGPL v3, if you wish to license under GPL v3 please make this clear in the commit message and any added files.

If you wish to develop and host this codebase in a closed source manner you may use all commits prior to 1420675200 +0000, which are licensed under GPL v3. The major change here is that if you host a server using any code licensed under AGPLv3 you are required to provide full source code for your servers users as well including addons and modifications you have made.

Uniform Vendor gives out wrong-colored uniforms

Description of issue

THe Uniform Vendor vends the wrong color marine dress cover, and likely some other things, too.

Difference between expected and actual behavior

It vends the GREEN utility cover, but should vend the NAVY one.

Vox Ship lacks button for burn chamber vent.

Description of issue

There's no button for the Vent in that Burn chamber for the Vox Ship.

There should be a button.

Play as Vox. Maybe some genius mapped it INTO the wall, like it happened on oldHestia's vox station.

Orbital Assault Beret unable to spawn in loadout

Description of issue

The Orbital Assault Beret cannot be spawned with in loadout, despite being in-code.

It should be spawnable in loadout.

Thoughts on Security Recolored into Blue.

Description of issue

RECOLORING SECURITY TO BLUE IS A BAD IDEA

Security is a important department that has always been recognized by its signature aggressive red color. Changing the security department's color to blue, and modifying all the uniforms, hardsuits, etc into blue is a bad idea.

MAJOR REASON: TWO DEPARTMENTS ALREADY USE BLUE + HUMAN PSYCHOLOGY

Command already uses a lighter blue for their department
Medical uses a mix of white and light blue for their department.
These two departments already use the color blue, what is the point in changing the security department's color to blue. The color blue is associated to feelings of calmness, non-threatening, while red is associated with aggressiveness, power, and dominance. If security no longer is red, then the color red is not used as a primary color in any department on the Dagon.

TL:DR: Red brings up dominant behaviors in the person who represents/wears/etc it, while people who view red finds them intimidating or imposing.

I have no idea why people believe using a color that is already used in two departments is a good idea. It removes a huge chunk of uniqueness that is given to security, it removes that certain feeling when dealing with security, etc.

Security officer ballistic P20 pistol missing, why?

I was playing security officer and noticed that there is no way to acquire the ballistic sidearm P20 pistol that's usually in the security officer equipment kit

Psionic Advisor can acquire MULTIPLE revolvers and MULTIPLE ammo

Psionic advisor can get two guns, three if there was a previous advisor.

Psi is gooooone

Description of issue

Bay seems to have fully removed psionics. Felt this should go here since its completely destroyed psionic advisors their job no longer exists outside of admin events. Since we started playing on the rebase I noticed a massive lack of pykers as psi advisors sure enough I started sweeping player panels and noticed in fact there was not a single one.

Other players noticed this as well also this goes as far as Mules not even getting forced latencies you can even hear them get removed when you spawn in as one. I looked around on Bays git and could not find a pull about it could just be a config issue as well but I'm not sure regardless sure does need a fix.

The salvage rig's mining ship's solar panels cannot be detected at round start.

Description of issue

If you go to the solar console for the mining ship, it only detects the solar tracker. After a lot of trial and error searching for what the problem was, I deconstructed the panel and rebuilt one. It then becomes detected. Reconstructing each solar panel makes it detectable. Strange bit is that the other solar panels throughout the salvage rig work fine at round start without problems. Only the mining vessel has to have the panels rebuilt.

Difference between expected and actual behavior

Solar panels cannot be rotated by the solar console as they are not detected. It is expected for the panels to be detected round start.

Steps to reproduce

Load the salvage rig. Look at the mining vessel's solar console. It will only display the tracker as being detected.

The green ship with mining equipment. The solar console and panels are on the west side, next to the SMES and cockpit.

Dastardly Double Ducat Dipping Dagon

Description of issue

The Dagon account, on account creation, takes from the main Dagon account but duplicates the money put into the new account up to a million Thaler from the original account since that's the max you can transfer to a new account.

Difference between expected and actual behavior

Expected: Money transfers from one side, to the other.

Difference: Money doubles in quantity and becomes Katamari situation.

Steps to reproduce

1: Create a new Dagon account.
(A weird quirk is that you need to do this on the second account, the first account made on the Dagon will always be account #0, and will never be able to be accessed.)

2: Name it whatever you want but put in 75000 Thaler as the new account's balance.

3: Go to ATM, check balance of the new account by just putting in the account # of the new account.

4: Thalers in account are 150000, not 75000 like they should be and the finance machine indicates that there were two deposits from the primary account.

I would assume that the issue is located in code/modules/economy/Accounts_DB.dm or at least somewhere within the folder that .dm comes from.

At least as long as Hestia has been a thing away from Bay. I reported it on Old Hestia's codebase I think but it may have been a case of I made the report but never posted it.
