Tagging Directories on Windows

Uploaded a folder "Tree" on windows with the file structure
- Tree
  - leaf.txt
  - Branch
    - apple.txt
    - subBranch1
      - birds nest.txt
    - subBranch2
Tag looks like: /Tree;C:\Users\Brandon\Desktop\Tree
I get 2 errors that happen right after each other:
