Can satori support ArrayBuffer so we can pass result of fetch().toArrayBuffer() or fs.readFile()?

@styfle Supporting ArrayBuffer is a bit tricky because we need to know its image type (MIME), otherwise the resolved data URI will be invalid. Definitely important feature, we can create a separate thread to track maybe?
