If it works add to README how to build this library on Windows

• Visual Studio 2017

add at least of example how to start handlers in multi-threaded mode.

I'm getting the following error:

New Boost.Beast is out there , we should look into adding it to CRUD library ?

For example "Content-Length". Comparisons should be case-insensitive:

• add examples folder
• move main.cpp to examples forlder
• add few examples
• conditional compilation of examples folder in cmake
• wiki how to sync a fork to CRUD repo

• review travis.yml file if it does not work then fix it
• add build to Travis CI
• add build shield.io to README.md
