A json file to help set up different projects

This can helps us break a few dependencies between GUI and the rest of the code.

Include folder should be a subfolder of MGEALite (e.g. /include/Common.h -> /include/MGEALite/Common.h)

cullPartiallyDominated should keep individuals having best value for each metric and remove the rest. That is, it should keep min(number of individuals, number of metrics) -many individuals.

Using function argument IndividualPtr in survivor selectors as both input and output does not help composability.

We can provide to_json and from_json functions for MGEALite-side objects.

This would downsize MotionGenerator class.

When angularVelocity == 0, motion is both similar to those with angularVelocity < 0 and those with angularVelocity > 0. This breaks associativity rule, but this is what it is until I can find a proper solution.

Variation probabilities could be modified by a function. That function may provide a fixed probability or a performance based probability.

We could use more timings.

This way, we can offload plotting to external programs. Both pyplot and MATLAB is miles ahead in plot quality than implot. This also allows for persistent plots albeit being slower.

Some EA functions (e.g. genesis, survivor selector, gene pool selection) are naturally chainable. We could make them chainable in our implementation too.
