Problems with the compilation of the Polish DRMAA:

1) yum install bison (missing)


Check if this is necessary - try to compile without it
2) wget ragel RPM (or use the one from the repo)

3) Compile the slurm-drmaa :


export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/opt/slurm/lib64
./configure --with-slurm-inc=/opt/slurm/include/  --with-slurm-lib=/opt/slurm/lib64/ --prefix=/site/drmaa/ --enable-debug
make
make install

Check if this is necessary
4) create a link in /site/drmaa/slurm-drmaa-1.0.6/drmaa_utils/drma_utils

ln -s /site/drmaa/slurm-drmaa-1.0.6/drmaa_utils/m4 m4
