ds2-scrambler's Issues

Key items can be placed in wooden chests.

Wooden chests can be destroyed and their items lost.
Key progression items should not be placed inside these chests.
I found the kings ring in a wooden chest in the lost bastille. Inside one of the ruin sentinel arena secret areas, to be particular.

Melentia shop slot issue

Melentia shop slots get updated at several points.
One change, triggered when she moves to Majula after the Last Giant fight, causes her to remove at least one slot from her offerings.
In vanilla, I believe this is the slot that contains the limited quantity lifegems, and is replaced by a slot with unlimited lifegems.

Using the scrambler options to guarantee lifegems in an early shop, the lifegems were in this slot that was removed. This resulted in me having no reliable, limitless source of lifegems after defeating the last giant.

The option for guaranteed lifegems should validate that it does not end up in this slot.
If any key items are scrambled into shops, they should not be scrambled into this slot.

Additional note, if key items can be scrambled into shops, Chancellor Wellager in Drangleic Castle has some slots that only appear in NG+2. Bonfire ascetics do not cause these slots to appear.
If any key items are scrambled into shops, they should not be scrambled into slots that appear only in later NG+ cycles.
